Josh Carey, Chief Executive Officer
Josh Carey graduated in 2000 from Nazareth College where he majored in Business Administration and minored in Accounting. Being raised in a construction family, Josh was employed by the family business to work as a metal stud and drywall mechanic. By the time Josh entered college he was handling all the estimating duties for Flower City Interiors, a New York based Construction Company. In 2000, Josh and his brother Zack moved to Atlanta, Georgia and joined the Four Points Construction family. Josh oversees contract negotiations, project pricing as well as vendor buyouts for Four Points.
Zack Carey, Chief Operations Officer
Zack Carey graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He went into the general contracting business while in school and built several projects with Bell Corp including the INS Federal Prison in Batavia, NY. He then left that company to move to Atlanta and join the Four Points family. Zack also has development experience on a wide array of project types ranging from marinas, restaurants, apartments, banquet halls, office buildings to retail. Zack takes a heavy roll into design and construction of each Four Points project as well as overseeing the management process.
Paul Snellings, President
Paul graduated from UGA with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He was also a team captain for the UGA football team. After his career in football, Paul began his second career in construction and real estate development. Paul was the VP of ProSteel Builders from 2004-2007 where he managed contracts and construction of projects ranging from churches to retail centers to office buildings. Paul has also been an active real estate developer with experience in residential and commercial development. During this time, Paul developed over one thousand residential lots and several commercial and retail sites. Paul currently oversees client relations, business development and site development.
